Frankenbatting or how to save money on Quilt Batting

Hello everyone! Today, we are going to show you how I make frankenbatting and save money on quilt batting. You will need 1.5 inch strips of cotton that match your batting color (or as close to your batting color as you can get). You will also nee a rotary cutter, cutting mat, a long ruler and a anti-cut glove. You will also have to change your rotary cutting blade after this task is done becasue batting really dulls your blade quickly. You may also need to clean your cutting mat as well and I suggest a white polymer eraser to quickly pull out all the little batting fluff. Remember to relax, have fun, put your feet up and breathe! Enjoy this process and be proud of what you are able to do. Most importantly, quilting is about having fun not feeling pressured!
