How I hacked the apple muffin recipe: 2 Boxes Aldi's Apple Cinnamon Muffins 1 whole apple shredded with 1/2 cup of juice from apple 1/2 cup water 4 eggs 1 cup oil 3 Tbsp. Ground Flax seed 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup additional fruit ( I added blueberries and raspberries) Bake at 400F for 16 minutes.
