Customizable HOMEMADE GRANOLA | Quick, Simple, Easy Meals with Chef and More Chef and More's Homemade Granola Ingredients: 4 cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds (seed of your choice and optional) 1/2 cup pecans (nut of your choice and optional) 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup raw honey 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves (optional) 1/2 cup dried cranberries (dried fruit of your choice and optional) Directions: Heat oven to 325° Fahrenheit Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside Combine all ingredients except dried fruit (if using) Spread combined ingredients in a single layer on cookie sheet Bake 30 minutes turning half way through. Let cook 10 to 15 minutes Break into clusters Sprinkle with dried fruit Store in a glass jar with tight fitting lid or air tight container. Enjoy!
