Mix together cream cheese and butter. If you are adding powdered sugar, add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese and butter. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, pudding, and the vanilla. Add the mixture to the cream cheese and butter mixture, and then pour over the crumbs. Crush the rest of the Oreos and sprinkle that over the pan. Add the cool whip to the top, then the Easter candy. Put in the fridge and let it sit for a few hours.
