In this next installment of the Mega Man & Chill series, where I discuss random topics overlayed with random footage of a Mega Man game, I'll be talking in-depth about the idea of embracing the state of solitude with more positivity. It's a place many of us are afraid to stay in for too long, especially with all the proven negative effects it'll have on one's mental health. But I'd like to present a different perspective that's been drowned out by all the fear mongering. While it can be a dark place, you can light it up all by yourself, and use it to your advantage. No one's coming to your rescue, so building resilience and learning more about yourself via much self-reflection will allow you to save yourself, and even share your enriched inner life with worthy people you deserve to be around when you're all powered up and ready; people who love you for who you are, imperfections included.
