And how both success and failures are equally important in shaping our future life purpose goals. And I speak about certain life goals related shift or change people can bring about in their work or general life experiences in the present or future; when they face repeating failures or junctures in life where normal job hours or normalised work expectations might not be easily possible for some. Additional unadressed (in video) commentary: There's a part I mentioned where people facing abuse, socioeconomic challenges, complex health issues, life challenges, etc. - could pursue these kind of careers shown by these women in the videos. Because when a person is deeply abused, traumatised, or oppressed, or one has less access to higher education; or despite having a top tier education like the IIT girl- in all these life circumstances what people need to understand is that it doesn't devalue a human when a human pursues less intellectually focused or less monetary aspects focused work life. Anyone who is undergoing abuse or traumas or financial or health challenges - usually has the challenge of not being able to either focus too much on long hours of intellectual work, or may not have the physical or mental health to work long hours like other people with no such work likewise balance or work health balance related challenge. And such people who fall in the segment of society with complex life, health, social or socioeconomic challenges, their overarching life purpose is to understand the non monetary focused aspects of human value. A value and worth that is understood when one deeply selves into understanding how to do restful work, mindful work, deep soul purpose aligned work, create the avenue of work for others in worse socioeconomic or less privileged status than us, pursue intellectual or creative work but not working that needs an education from a top tier institute always, etc Another example ( I saw post my video creation) of someone doing something to change and influence other people's lives, despite some difference from the norm in their life.
