These kale recipes for kids are perfect tasty options for your child's plant-based snacks. That said, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy them too! In this video, I share a few of my favorite kid-friendly vegan recipes featuring kale. It’s one of the leafy greens I decided to plant in my first garden ever, and, now that the plants have started growing, I have a lot of kale on my hands. Kale is also one of the leafy greens that many children struggle with eating (my daughter included). So I figured this would be a great opportunity to add a few new child-friendly leafy-green recipes to my repertoire.
