The old horse drawn wagon was in a state of disrepair, weathering the elements as it sat behind one of the centre's administration buildings for a number of years. With guidance from QCS trade instructors, the project - and many others like it - has provided prisoners with vital skills to boost employment skills upon reintegration into the community, leading to a reduction in recidivism.
