TIP: Don’t wait for the dough to rise, let it wait for you. Do something. Be productive. RECIPE: 1/2 cup warm water 1 Tbsp dry yeast 2 tsp sugar 4 1/2 cups bread flour/ all purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup warm milk 4 Tbsp melted butter, cooled 2 eggs, beaten *melted butter for brushing after baking NOTE: I made 20 dinner rolls. (One pan of 12 and one pan of 8 )If you want them smaller, you can make 24 rolls. (Just reduce the baking time to 18-20 minutes) Do not crowd your baking pan, make room for the rolls to rise overnight. Happy baking!
