We do not want to fuss about but start trying the indigenous cuisine of the island of Borneo, at least start trying some of it. Of course we are very aware that there is a lot of Malay and Chinese food too but of course this we already know. Right in the beginning of the visit we want to start trying the Dayak food (which is a lot of people named in one word).
