UPDATE: With the introduction of InfluxDB 2.x, you will not be able to used this guide to install it. Also, some users experienced issues with Grafana and InfluxDB 2.x. In order to fix that, you can downgrade InfluxDB to version 1.8.4 - instructions are in pinned comment.
