Legolas/Thranduil - Safe and Sound CMV

Phew, this CMV was a very fun and....uhh....eventful experience xD I ended up dislocating my thumb by trying to shoot with a 50 pound bow that I had no idea how to use and then filmed this with my new camera which I found out later won't film in HD thus ALLLL this footage is bad quality and I am super sad ;; I should have used my iphone like usual. Anyway, I just need a new body for my camera and I can fix that. It's just a huge pain that I made that mistake. It's the same mistake I made with my Itachi, Sasuke, and Naruto CMV. I didn't realize it until I uploaded all the files to my laptop /SOBSSS But besides that, this video actually came to us from Lara (Thranduil) and I am in love with the idea! Besides my awful editing skills (My sony vegas is really annoying me cause it won't render easily....) the video turned out okay. I also struggled with scenes because there likely should have been more but....OTL So basically the story behind this is (FIRST OFF this is back when Legolas was younger (18-20) and lived with her father in Merkwood) so Legolas wants to fight in the war back during the attack from Smaug years and years ago and Legolas is still new to wars and such and Thranduil is super over-protective and doesn't want his only child to get injured or worse...die! So of course he argues with his son. Although...Legolas leaves anyway and ignores him. All the grey-ish scenes are back flashes and the scenes with Legolas in the green is suppose to be when he was about 12-14 years of age. I really do love Thranduil's and Legolas relationship and whether I ship them or not, I am really just trying to show their elvish strong bond that I believe they would have had back these years ago. Yea, I am a sucker for angst and fluff, so sorry I am not sorry Dx PLEASE don't assume things by watching this video and if you do not like our video, simply back-click and leave.
