http://www.1dream1korea.info The International Forum on One Korea 2017: Solutions to the Korean Peninsula Crisis was held from Nov. 14-15 in Washington D.C. conjoined with a subsequent series held Dec. 7-8 in Seoul, Korea. The forums were co-convened by Global Peace Foundation, East-West Institute, Action for Korea United, and the One Korea Foundation and examined the significant and essential elements of a Korean-led process for the reunification of the Korean peninsula, including multi-sector participation and citizen engagement. Prof. Madhav Das Nalapat (M.D. Nalapat) is Director of Geopolitics & International Relations and UNESCO Peace Chair at Manipal University in India. He is also Editorial Director of The Sunday Guardian and Itv network (India) and Vice-Chair of Manipal University’s Advanced Research Group. He has been the Coordinating Editor of the Times of India and editor of the Mathrubhumi. This speech was delivered at the International Forum on One Korea 2017 at the Seoul Dragon City in Seoul, Korea during the opening plenary, titled: "Vision for Peaceful Reunification and Multi-Sector Contribution Mapping" with the theme of "Leadership toward Peaceful Korea Unification" on Dec. 7th, 2017.
