Stefani kd – HP version, industrial edgebander for continuous use with all types of panels Stefani kd is the single-sided edgebander dedicated to the large craft enterprises and to the industry that need to continuously produce a large number of different panels at 20 m/min speed The polyurethane pressure belt ensures the perfect edgebanding also of panels with delicate surface. The high versatility of this edgebander is ensured by the use of two different types of glue thanks to the SGP glue pot and the possibility of fitting two premelters, the PU BOX L for polyurethane glue and the QMS-P for EVA glue. The edging without glue is possible thanks to the Airfusion+ technology for a “zero” joint line between edge and panel up to 60 mm thick. The automatic set-up of the “Multiedge” operating units allows the processing of 2 different radii and solid wood strips up to 12 mm thick. Stefani kd can be coupled with “fastback“ panel return device. The automatic panel return to the operator in the loading area of the edgebander streamlines the workflow and creates an efficient and cost-effective solution to handling panels without the need for an additional operator. The Maestro active edge HMI with a 21" Touch screen allows an error free machining and offers an optimal viewing of the information. The edgebander can be provided with Iot Maestro connect technology for the access to SCM customized services. Maestro connect displays, analyzes and monitors all data coming from the connected machine, transforming them into useful information to increase productivity and to reduce operating and maintenance costs.
