This classic and historic coaster is about to undergo a major transformation over the next year. Closing after tomorrow the 10th, many speculate about an entirely new launch system. I would hate to see the flywheel go, but thankful they are keeping this landmark. What are your thoughts? EDIT & CONTEXT: Montezooma has undergone a lengthy renovation, and I filmed what was supposed to be the last day of operation until the refurb. They ended up keeping it open a few more weeks because so many people wanted last rides. I’m hearing it’ll open at the end of this year if everything goes right
