In this beginners product photography tutorial, Ben takes a look at lighting techniques for shooting small products (jewellery, crafts, collectables... used shotgun shells). We take a look at some tips and tricks for getting through your product photography at home, quickly and easily with minimal equipment. You will need some lighting, a backdrop and a camera. You can easily use anything from an iPhone to a DSLR, as long as it has manual controls.
