When was the last time you dreamed about the future? What could our collective future look like if we all shared power in decision-making?  There are real challenges facing our globe and so many of us are working toward a different future. But do we really know what that future is? Just as when we set out to envision our individual future, we can’t build what we can’t envision. With the combined expertise of community-led decision-making experts, futurists, and civic technologists, we will envision democratic futures through hands-on exercises. Join us to create and share visionary artifacts. In this session, you will tap into your lived experience, learn about participatory democracy, and write a brief story of a future you want to build!
