Echeveria agavoides is one of the very popular groups of succulents, the name “agavoides” simply means looks like an agave. So the foliage of the plant can be confused with that of an agave. Also known as the Molded Wax Agave as well as the Lipstick Echeveria these are some of the most popular of all Echeveria. In this video we look at Echeveria Romeo and the collection of hybrids created using it as one of the parent plants. This includes the Echeveria Champagne Series. Echeveria thrive in full sun, intense hot afternoon sun should be avoided. Sudden changes to the amount of sun should also be avoided. If you are growing these plants indoors over winter, when moving them outdoors in spring make the change in light gradual rather than immediate full sun.
