(New code: KOUMEI-FHF8U) The new Warframe Koumei is here. When you cast abilities you will roll dice to determine how effective the abilities are. Rolling 3 or more sixes (6) will give you the effect at full strength/give you reward instantly/make effect stronger. Koumei's 1 tosses a balls that spreads status charged strings around it. Enemy standing (or being immobilized) on top of the line will get more and more statuses applied to them. Koumei's 2 allows her to gain decrees in exchange for you completing challenges, you can re-roll challenges by holding down 2. The innate cooldown before you can recast will increase with number of decrees and cap at 150. Koumei's 3 allows her to have 50% chance for enemy hits to instead of damaging her, heal her, this can refill shields and even provide overshields so it works as one option for utilizing shield gate, or at lower levels health tanking with other damage reductions. Koumei's 4 will give you the true puppet master feel and leave the enemies helplessly dangling in front of their puppet master while taking constant damage from statuses
