I have a mixed view, a lot of things are to be criticised, a lot of things are beautiful about China. And I always defend the right of self-determination of all peoples that have been victims of colonialism first, which includes China and other East Asian peoples of course. That's why I prefer to see neither anti-Chinese resentments nor uncritical cheering of anything that the Chinese government does in the comments (the only exception are obvious memes).
