In this video, I revive this laptop while also trying out Bliss OS 16, which runs Android 16 If you want to skip to the OS go to 4:50 Personally I think the OS is a bit buggy and unreliable, so I think chrome OS would work better, or just buying an Android tablet that has an ARM or Qualcomm processor.
