Mercedes AMG GT63 Pro Revealed

The 2025 Mercedes-AMG GT63 Pro is set to redefine performance with its remarkable enhancements, transforming the already impressive GT63 into a track-ready powerhouse. While the standard GT63 is celebrated as a grand tourer, the GT63 Pro pushes the boundaries, integrating more power, improved aerodynamics, and crucially, additional cooling for the engine and advanced all-wheel drive system. Under the hood, the GT63 Pro boasts a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine that now delivers 603 horsepower and 627 pounds-feet of torque, an increase of 26 horsepower and 37 pounds-feet of torque over the standard model. This upgraded powertrain enables the GT63 Pro to accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.1 seconds and reach 124 miles per hour in a mere 10.9 seconds. This is half a second quicker than the standard GT63, with a top speed of 197 miles per hour. However, power alone does not make the GT63 Pro a superior track car. Enhancements in aerodynamics and cooling systems are pivotal. The Pro model features two new robust radiators mounted in the front wheel arches, enhancing engine efficiency. Additionally, the differentials and the transfer case are equipped with their own radiators and water pumps, ensuring optimal all-wheel drive system performance during extended track sessions. The front fascia of the GT63 Pro has been redesigned with larger air deflectors and intakes. An active air panel in the nose adjusts airflow based on speed and cooling requirements, reducing front axle lift by 66 pounds. Additional aerodynamic features, including underbody air deflectors, fins, and a fixed rear wing, add 33 pounds of rear axle downforce. Standard on the Pro are carbon-ceramic brakes with 16.5-inch discs and six-piston calipers, the largest from AMG. The rear of the discs utilizes titanium to reduce unsprung mass. The GT63 Pro also comes with lightweight 21-inch forged wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires, with the option for ultra-sticky Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires at no extra cost. Mercedes-AMG’s hydraulically linked suspension, rear-wheel steering, AMG Performance bucket seats, and carbon fiber elements throughout the exterior and interior come standard on the Pro model. Set to debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the GT63 Pro is expected to hit the market next year, with pricing likely higher than the base model's $136,050 starting price. #MercedesAMGGT63Pro #PerformanceCar #GoodwoodFestival Get More Great Car Videos - Subscribe: https://goo.gl/BSIaFc
