Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes After cooking coconut, take off the stove and put in a bowl away from the heat to avoid drying out. Mix it up before pouring on dough. Don't leave the coconut long on the stove. Just cook until sugar dissolves a bit. Very soft and light. enjoy!
