Having a hard time deburring small parts? The LISSMAC's SBM-XS 300 vacuum is made for customers who have to deburr and edge round small stainless steel and aluminum parts. The vacuum belt is able to hold part sizes from 2"x2" to 11" wide x 7" long for top and bottom deburring and edge rounding. The G refers to the grinding belt to remove all vertical burrs. The E refers to the rotary mop or lamella abrasive for edge rounding. You can feed the parts in the front of the machine and it will go through the G and E units on the top of the machine. Then, the parts will enter a flipping mechanism to turn the parts over. This allows the part to travel back to the operator through the lower heads of the G unit and E unit. The parts will exit the machine on a metal slide into a bucket.
