Nikki glugs down 2 mugs of Instant Coffee from Aldi and Lidl and determines whether they will keep her awake or the taste will send her to sleep whilst making some scientific guesses about which is which. For simplicity, on this first video, I boiled Yorkshire tap water in my traditional kettle, leaving it to cool for 2 minutes before pouring on the granules which I weighed and they were about 19 grams each heaped teaspoonful.
