I am running a fundraiser online to help with my travel expenses to Mexico for Akumal Arts Festival and Residency 2022. I was among the 130 artists invited to be part of the exclusive festival. Akumal Arts Festival and Residency is a Festival in a coastal town of Akumal East of Gulf of Mexico were different artists from allover the world come together to paint murals, teach, hold workshops as well as interact and learn from each other. The Residency will happen open from 28th to 31st January 2022 but artists are to arrive as early as 25th January 2022. The festival will cater for accommodation and feeding plus materials for use and other expenses. The artist is to cater for their transport & Visa to and from Akumal. Activities at the festival will involve art workshops with community as well as making murals allover the city with different artists from allover the world. This is a great opportunity for me to share my skill with the world but also learn from the brilliant artists I'll meet and paint together. These are skills that I'll pass on to the generation I mentor back in my country. My goal for the fundraiser is $3500. You can click on link to support.
