PEANUT - 1/2 CUP GREEN CHILLI - 4 NOS. JUICE OF 1 LEMON CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2 TSP (Buy: https://amzn.to/2NTgTMv) ROCK SALT - 1 TSP (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Oj81A4) CORIANDER LEAVES OIL (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RGYvrw) Method: 1. Soak the sabudana in water overnight. Strain it and keep it aside. 2. Boil, peel and cube potatoes and keep it aside. 3. In a pan, roast some peanuts without oil. 4. Once roasted, remove the skin. 5. Add it to a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. 6. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes. 7. To this add the soaked sabudana, green chilies, lemon juice, cumin seeds, rock salt, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and mix them. 8. Mash and mix everything . 9. Dab a little oil in your palm and start making the shape. 10. To a kadai, heat the oil and gently drop the vadas. 11. Deep fry them, until they are golden brown color. 12. Crispy sabudana vada is ready . Serve it with tomato ketchup.
