I've been wanting to tell the story of the restoration of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, literally, since the day I started National Park Diaries. This is a story that has captivated me since I first heard about it and is really a perfect fit for the types of stories I like to tell on National Park Diaries. I told myself though, that I would only do this story when I had the opportunity to travel to Cuyahoga Valley National Park myself... Well, the time has finally come!
