The opening of the University of Superior has brought a significant amount of opportunity to Magnolia County as well as thousands of new residents. Unfortunately, housing starts have not kept pace, resulting in a significant housing shortage. And when there is a housing shortage, what comes next is fairly predictable - rents creep up and become too damn high for all residents - particularly those that can afford it the least. In this episode, a familiar face is going to help us resolve the issue, even if only temporarily... We'll layout four new neighborhoods and dramatically expand Bend. But why stop there? We'll also spend a bit of time redeveloping downtown Bend, increasing density and adding some of our first high density buildings to the county. Finally, we'll use districts to target are services and add one that we missed in the previous episode. Lots of building in this one.
