Some notes: First of all I aknowledge not voting could be important for priority in terms of many gov actions. I also aknowledge there are many valid reasons to not voting and more that these should be brought to light in the benefit of the cardano community DRep and SPOs to understand better during the early and historic days of Cardano Governance. I still think it is important to voice an opinion on as the Ada holder can vote the CC out with a no confidence if they overstepp this bound and we are ment as a human layer protection as well in terms of the constitutionality and the fact is no constitution can fit all situations so some level of subjective forfillement of what a standard consists of will allways be there and then it is important to show your viewpoints of what the bar for that standard might be and what you based your rationale on. In this case we propose that both universally harmfull and commercialization of the intent of the info action are something that has some potential limits in terms of how we name hardforks in regards to an info action on hard fork naming.
