I've wanted to do a video about Ankylosing Spondylitis and fibromyalgia for quite some time, but after some fairly harrowing news from the Hospital yesterday, I figured I'd finally get something done. While I know there are crazy helpful people out there wanting to offer suggestions, CBD oils, Low/no carb diets, Swimming and a bunch of more ways of treating these illnesses more 'holistically' are either how I've coped for as long as I have or have had no effect whatsoever (such as CBD). This is no-where near as short as I'd have liked it to be, neither does it cover every aspect as I'd have liked, but hopefully it's something that helps someone through inspiration, understanding, or simply the feeling of not being alone. For those of you that watch the channel, this is also why sometimes my upload schedule is a bit up and down.
