Gainesville is small enough to know your neighbor, yet large enough to offer the services and cultural experiences of a much larger city. This video shows the newly built Gainesville Renaissance Building, a 3 story mixed-use building consisting of 8 residential condominiums, office, retail and restaurant space (total of 45,000 SF) It also does a walk around of the Store Fronts for historical purposes.
