Welcome to this 25 min mindful vinyasa flow an all levels practice to feel at ease. This class isn't intended to be about challenging yourself, the intent is to prioritise your movement and your breath. This class is a great opportunity to dial things down, do things a little differently and see what you can get out of the practice when it isn't about performance. This vinyasa flow is slow yet strong, with lots of longer holds that allow you to work deeper into the pose and spend time there to observe and be more mindful of your practice.
