Psychiatrist, writer, and scholar Iain McGilchrist joins Helena Norberg-Hodge (Director, Local Futures), to converse about the divided brain and the dangers of reductionist thinking and linear models. They discuss the uprooting of indigenous cultures, modernity’s separation from nature, and the opportunities and joy arising from connection to place.
