Canoeing the high seas! Dealing with WIND and WAVES on Lake Utopia | Maximized minimal living ep. 29

This week on maximized minimal living we hit lake utopia in a canoe for the first time! So far this year we are all about trying new things and we are hoping that canoeing will become a more standard part of our activities! There is something about canoeing that is relaxing and beautiful. Unlike hiking, canoeing is a much slower process than hiking or even kayaking and so it really allows you to take in the scenery. On this trip though it wasn't all smooth sailing, dealing with wind, waves and eventually racing a storm. Speed boats are always a challenge when trying to stay dry! But we managed to do it and really enjoyed our time!
