In this video me and my partner in our lawn care business are cutting a clients yard when I trusty mower unfortunately let us down. We are more than disappointed in Troy Bilt right now because a mower should be expected to run through light use such as this, the mower wasn’t even that old yet and the fact that it already broke is disappointing will not be purchasing one again! We have now decided that we’re probably going to purchase a craftsman lawnmower from Lowe’s hopefully they’re a lot better built than this junk, we’re not recommend a troy Bilt to anybody who wants to lightly use it. It made our business look extremely unprofessional because it broke down on our customers yard. We gave him a 50% discount so we only got paid $2.50 instead of five dollars. :(
