Here is the super delicious and mouth melting Rasmalai cookies Recipe, which is very easy to make.. hope you all like the recipe. ingredients: 1/2 cup mixed dryfruits 3 cardamom pods 1/2 tsp fennel seeds pinch of saffron 2 tbsp milk powder 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup powdered sugar some rose petals add dry fruits, cardamom, fennel seeds, and saffron in mixture jar and make powder. -in a bowl add all purpose flour, milk powder, and dry fruit powder and mix it in another bowl add soften butter and powdered sugar and cream it. -now add a flour mixture into the butter mixture and lightly mix it -cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes -roll it and with a help of cookie cutter shape it. -bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. -let it cool down completely and store it in air tight container for 8-10 days.
