In this episode, Pete heads to a 3rd generation family restaurant which has been operating in their family home since the 1930s. During his visit, we'll go behind-the-scenes to experience the art of Kentucky Southern Skillet Fried Chicken and also into the "secret kitchen" to make Bourbon Biscuit Bread Pudding. From there, we head to perhaps the most famous family home in Kentucky to explore the story and composer behind the legendary ballad and official state song of Kentucky, "My Old Kentucky Home".
