The dual will therefore rarely be used again in this series, but the memory of it from the earliest videos, anchored forever in the mind with kittens and turtles and birdies, will allow the student to recognise the dual instantly and effortlessly in any text in the future. The peculiar behavior of the plural neuter, which uses singular verbs, is also explained entirely in context. The words for "why," "because," "do you understand" and "I understand" are taught.
