I looked at Zomato a couple of weeks ago, just ahead of its IPO, and valued the company at about ₹40. When the stock opened up for trading at ₹120, I heard from both sides, one arguing that I was attaching too high a value for a company that had never made money and the other positing that I was missing the big market potential and under valuing the company. In this session, rather than push my valuation, I will allow you to tell your own story and derive your own value for the company. (Even if you have never valued a company, I will take care of the mechanics.. all you have to do is tell your story).
