Use a dropper or pipette to transfer the liquid paint from your small dish to the coffee filter 2. Watch as it spreads across the coffee filter. You can continue to add more paint and other colors if you like 3. when painting with liquid watercolors and droppers, I recommend stacking 2 or 3 coffee filters at a time because there's so much paint to absorb.
