The chargesheet filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the violence at KG Halli and DJ Halli case back in August 2020 has mentioned that the conspirators of the violence were disgruntled over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC).
