The DECKHAND® material handling system and the TONGHAND® exit side wrench serve two distinct purposes on civil construction project sites. DECKHAND® is a versatile attachment consisting of a head unit that pairs with sets of interchangeable arms for various purposes. These interchangeable arms allow the operator to safely handle and install coated and uncoated pipe, drill rod, utility poles, casings, i-beams, pilings, road mats, flexible pipe, and more. A specialized "U-Beam" design is used in mechanical pipe joining (bolt-together pipe).
