Here I do first steps in implementation of model optimisation. First we try to randomly find good parameters, but then we taking a little bit better approach. Still far away from what we should do, but even now it's possible to see neural network improving a bit We study the book http://nnfs.io and implementing all the code with Golang instead of Python. The aim is to learn how neural networks are made inside and how it looks like to build is fully from the scratch without using frameworks like pytorch or tensorflow.
