Being a small DIY band who doesn’t sell enough TShirts, it’s imperative that we keep our costs low and make small runs that don’t break the bank. This is all I’ve learned on my own and how it works for me. Everyone is different and it’s important you use the tools that are most available to you. Maybe I’m doing some things wrong according to professional screen printers, but this is how I’ve learned to do it in my small apartment, without a professional press, or washout booths. If it doesn’t come out right, try and try again! The hardest part is the time it takes to get this right, and then replicate that going forward for future prints.
