Resident Evil 3 Remake released on 3rd April 2020 for PS4,Xbox one & PC. As a follow up to Resident Evil 2 Remake it had big shoes to fill. Unfortunately it didn't satiate the critics or the fans who cited the amount of cut content from the original as well as the short run time. I feel like the only person who played it on release and adored it. Its been 2 years since then and after covering every Resident Evil entry in that time I've gained a more critical eye for the series and so the question is does it hold up? This review I break down what works, what doesn’t and explain how expectations will ultimately decide whether or not this game succeeds.
