The agricultural contractor Peter Kircher (   / peterkircherlohnunternehmen  ) cultivates the soil with pig slurry. A Vervaet Hydro Trike XL cultivates the ploughed field with a 6m wide Ever Freiberger slurry cultivator. The soil is falling apart well and leaves ideal conditions for the following preparation for seeding maize. The Hydro Trike XL is the second carrier vehicle for slurry in the fleet of Peter Kircher. The middle axle can be teleskoped and is supposed to spread the weight of the vehicle during cultivation to avoid running over the same soil twice. Assisted by a satillite guidance, the Hydro Trike steers itself to archieve minimal overlap while working in the field. A 70m³ slurry container is placed nex tto the field edge and the slurry is temporarily stored there. 3 semi trucks haul slurry to this spot from the commissioning farm and arrive in a 20 min rhythm.
