NOTTING HILL where the beautiful people live and play

This week we finally make it to NOTTING HILL, that famous part of West London where all the rich and famous like to live and have fun and tourists from all over the world and Americans love to visit. Richard Curtis’s film Notting Hill of course gained world wide fame with the Bafta winning film of the same name Notting Hill when it was release back in 1999 with Hugh Grant, Julia Roberts and the main actor Rhys Ifans the Welsh flatmate (Joke but do see Twin Town and my Swansea episodes for more). On this trip we explore the area and see what it’s like in and around Portobello Road and the neighbouring streets of Ladbroke Grove and the residential areas nearby. We of course visit some of the more famous sights from the famous film then stumble across some old classic cars including a few particularly rare examples like the Buick Riviera and generally enjoy a roll around the beautiful Neighbourhoods on a perfect summers evening.
