The rocket is intended as a Single Stage to Orbit vehicle, with the cockpit section capable of separating from the main body and returning to the surface via parachute in case of emergency. After reviewing the Footage this is my best understanding of events(Subject to Change): Engines Ignite and thrust is increased, however a control misunderstanding resulted in horizontal movement instead of vertical movement (W was not up like I had assumed based on orientation, theory from the comment section posits that the Remote Control block in the main section of the rocket was mounted improperly) The error goes unnoticed by the pilot who releases the struts to begin take off, but as stated previously the wrong thruster was being boosted. the rocket then moves towards the Industrial segment of the base, where upon physical contact is made (video is inconclusive as to which piece is struck first, either the medical facility, or a solar panel attached to the Comms Tower/Construction crane). this causes the rocket to list suddenly and rapidly, where upon a solar panel (same mentioned previously) detonates violently, the shock of which caused the Connector in the Cockpit section to detonate as well, resulting in the destruction of the control seat, the entire segment being split in half, and the Air Defense Turret nearby being totally destroyed as well. The main body of the rocket suffered notable damage as well, with the fuselage being ripped open near its top and the Beacon and Gyroscope inside being rendered non-functional, while the Remote Control Block is destroyed. The remaining half of the cockpit section and the pilot then careen towards the ground. The remainder of the main body of the rocket then falls onto the Industrial Section of the base, with the Hydrogen Tank of the rocket making contact with the O2/H2 Generator on the base, resulting in a catastrophic Explosion. The Refinery and Storage systems on both structures are destroyed immediately, along with all materials stored within, while the Conveyer system that was supporting the ADS was blown off and into several pieces. The comms tower/construction crane and its control seat were severed at the base, collapsing and crushing the rover it held. The mining ship connected to the Refinery suffered severe damage to ventral systems when it made contact with the ground, and the thruster assembly of the rocket flew overhead and was obliterated on impact as well. The pilot and cockpit segment impacts the ground, however the pilot is unharmed and after orienting himself proceeds to get full view of the damage before the recording ends. Miraculously the Pilot suffered no injuries during the whole ordeal, and the Wind farm, Scout Ship, and Landing Pad (ironically) suffered no damage during the ordeal.
