During the 2018 Monza Rally Show there was the Italian debut of a brand new Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 rally car fielded by HK Racing and driven by Alessandro Re/Fulvio Florean. It was able to finish 2nd in class among over 60 R5 cars. The Polo GTI R5 is powered by a 1.6-litre four-cylinder turbo engine with 272 hp and 400 Nm of torque.
